Reverse cycle air-conditioning (Heating & Cooling) and en-suite facilities (Toilet and Shower).

Large outside deck area overlooking the Resort with Lounge and hanging Pod chairs.

Car Parking beside Apartment.

Location:

This Deluxe Penthouse Apartment is the top offering within the Resort. Located on the first floor above the Resort shop it offers views across both the Resort and Lake Eildon. No expense was spared with this recently renovated Apartment. Large lounge with both reverse cycle air-conditioning and gas fire heating. Large Balcony with various seating. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Departure:

Check In From 2:00PM
Check Out by 10:00AM (This also includes departure from the Resort)

* Rooms must be left in a clean and tidy state with all dishes washed and fridge empty otherwise additional cleaning charges will apply.

Note:- Early arrival or late checkout are available at additional cost but only when bookings allow.

Please request this option at time of booking.

  • Optional Early Check In:- Guests can arrive after 10am. If possible we will give you access to your room before 2pm but  can't guarantee this during busy periods.

  • Optional Late Check Out:- Guest still need to vacate the room and hand back the keys by 10am but can remain within the Resort until Day Visitor exit times at 9pm.

Cancellation

Policy:

Per Cabin

  • Within 28 days or more - Full refund less administration fee of $50.00

  • Less than 28 days notice - Part refund only applies if we can fill the exact same booking dates. i.e if you book for 7 nights and we can only fill 6 nights then you will receive a refund minus the $50 admin fee and the cost of the lost nights. (No exceptions to this rule)

  • During booked period - No refund (No exceptions to this rule)

Peak Season:

  • 20th December till 31st January (Min 7 Nights Booking)

Note, If you call during the months of December/January we may be able to offer smaller booking periods as we sometimes have several days gaps between the 7 Day blocks.

  • Melbourne Cup Weekend (Min 4 Nights Booking)

  • Easter Weekend (Min 4 Nights Booking)

All other long weekend (Min 3 Nights Booking)

Low Season:

  • 1st February till 19th December

  • Excluding all Peak Season Times as above
