Group Booking Guide
The purpose of this document is to help in the organisation and booking of more than one site (Group Booking)

This sheet also contains a brief list of all cabin configurations and sleeping capacity.
We also have great images and descriptions of each cabin type on the Accommodation section of our website.
Please note:- The base rate for each site is inclusive of two people with additional extras charged accordingly. Also please be aware many of our cabins are BYO linen and are marked as such.
For BYO linen cabins we supply a mattress protector and fitted sheet, you will need to bring your own doonas, blankets, pillows and towels for each bed.
There are two ways we can create a group booking.
A) If you're feeling confident and have all of the information regarding your group then you can create the group booking yourself via this link BOOK NOW
While booking online you can also select the required sites from the Map of the Resort. The icon colours are Holiday Cabins - Purple
Unpowered Camping - Light Green
Powered Camping - Dark Green
Please ensure you select the correct number of site occupants for each site when booking online.
B) If booking online is not your thing then just complete all of the information as shown below and send it to our reception team at email@example.com including required date of arrival and departure and one of our staff members will happily create the group booking for you. If we require any further info then we'll give you a call otherwise we'll just create the booking and send the confirmation to each member with a request for booking deposit.
Payment Options for Group Bookings
Option 1) You will supply the primary contact details for each site as per the spreadsheet template and we will send each member an email confirming the booking and requesting a deposit. (This is the preferred option)
Option 2) All of the sites will be placed in the name of the group organiser who will be responsible for all payment of both the deposits and also the final payment at checkin. (Only do this if you are well organised :-)
We will still need to know the allocated numbers for each site but you will be responsible for allocating the sites to the specific group members.
Required Information for Group Booking.
If you would like our reception staff to create a group booking for you then please supply the following information for each site.
We will require the full details of the primary person on each site. This is the person who will receive the booking confirmation and will be responsible for paying the required deposit.
The required information is :-
Number of Adults
Number of Children (2-16years)
Number of Infants (under 2 years)
If you send the above info to us in a table format then we can easily input the data into our booking system.

Peak Time Bookings:-
Cabins $200 per site and Camp sites $100 per site with the remainder payable 30 days before arrival.
Low Season Bookings:-
Cabins $200 per site and Camp sites $50 per site with the remainder payable on arrival
Please note:- Deposits are payable within 14 days of booking otherwise our booking system will automatically delete the booking.
Guests Please Note - RESORT NOISE & BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS
As we want to ensure all guests enjoy their stay with us, please ensure that all members of your group understand the following RESORT NOISE & BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS.
Please remember this is a family Resort. Drunkenness, offensive behavior, bad language and rowdy parties will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
11pm Noise / Music curfew – Please be Respectful of other guests who are trying to sleep and start reducing Music/Noise from 10pm. By 11pm we expect all Music to cease and for guests to lower their voices. Please also be respectful of other families with young children by watching your language.
If your group cannot abide by the above policy then please do not come to our Resort otherwise violations of the above policy will result in your group being asked to leave the Resort and your booking terminated without refund.
General Resort Rules Reminder
* 11pm Noise / Music curfew – Please be Respectful of other guests who are trying to sleep and start reducing Music/Noise from 10pm. Please remember this is a family Resort.
* If you have children within your group please also ensure they are back on site by 11pm
* Bike Helmets to be worn by all riders (Adults & Children)
* No bikes or skateboards to be ridden within the Resort after sunset.
* Vehicles: Strict walking pace & please watch for children
* Smoking is Prohibited in Cabins, Amenities, Children Areas (Jumping Pillow, Tennis Court, Playground), Camp Kitchen, Pool & BBQ Area.

Within 28 days or more - Full refund less administration fee of $50.00 per site
Less than 28 days notice - Part refund only applies if we can fill the exact same booking dates. i.e if you book for 7 nights and we can only fill 6 nights then you will receive a refund minus the $50 admin fee and the cost of the lost nights. (No exceptions to this rule)
During booked period - No refund (No exceptions to this rule)
Breaking of the Resort rules - Cancellation without Refund
Please be aware that during Holiday periods and long weekends we are usually 100% full so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please note:- No pets are permitted within the Resort at any time
