The only in room cooking is via a Microwave but guests do have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen located at the end of the row of Family Rooms.

Location:
The Family Rooms are located beside the main office at the top of the Resort. There are 5 Family Rooms in the row and are perfect for either short stays or for large family groups. The only in room cooking is via a Microwave but guests do have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen located at the end of the row of Family Rooms. Short walk to Lake, Pool, Cinema Room, Mini Golf and Resort shop.

Check In From 2:00PM
Check Out by 10:00AM (This also includes departure from the Resort)
* Rooms must be left in a clean and tidy state with all dishes washed and fridge empty otherwise additional cleaning charges will apply.

Note:- Early arrival or late checkout are available at additional cost but only when bookings allow.
Please request this option at time of booking.

Optional Early Check In:- Guests can arrive after 10am. If possible we will give you access to your room before 2pm but can't guarantee this during busy periods.

Optional Late Check Out:- Guest still need to vacate the room and hand back the keys by 10am but can remain within the Resort until Day Visitor exit times at 9pm.
Cancellation

Within 28 days or more - Full refund less administration fee of $50.00

Less than 28 days notice - Part refund only applies if we can fill the exact same booking dates. i.e if you book for 7 nights and we can only fill 6 nights then you will receive a refund minus the $50 admin fee and the cost of the lost nights. (No exceptions to this rule)

Note, If you call during the months of December/January we may be able to offer smaller booking periods as we sometimes have several days gaps between the 7 Day blocks.
